This is for people who are led by the Lord to serve and normally could lead to a fully-fledged ministry. In this yellow group we discuss some of this issues and give training etc. for community members that want to learn and become involved in "back end" of this community and/or this platform.

We sense that the Lord want us to start documenting, training, mentoring and especially EXPOSING more Christians to the possibilities of the Internet technology especially the ones we use here. We further are experiencing dramatic increase in users and traffic on this platform and we sense that the Lord wants us to start pro-actively to prepare and share our experiences, lessons, tips etc. with other pioners that HE called into this type of ministry, even just for a short season, of training and especially revealing other possibilities of ministry in present ministries or callings.

A great transformation in how we do church has been under way for the last decade or so. It seems that as a culture changes, God leads His people into new wineskins, if they are willing to go. The church that doesn't have fresh wineskins soon looses the wine! Todays generation places high value on relationship and personal empowerment. Platform News: Some Facebook integrations
The past few months were challenging since we were upgrading, iron out teething problems and did a lot of back stage work that will help make the way forward easier.
Some of the more visible developments is the integration with some facebook facilties where you can now "like" some of our articles and info and so share it with your friends on Facebook.
We are also struggle to find a healthy balance between maintenance, new development, newsletters and adding content to validate some of the "proof of concepts". e.g our Call for Lessons learned and to integrate it in the present content as well as the speciaist projects subsites.

At the time of writing this, I have been busy preparing for the Easter weekends ministry in Ulundi. I have been trying to get into studying and all and just feel the Lord getting my attention for the weekend.
Once again I hear HIS voice urging me to rely and relax with HIM; sometimes with all the preperation we do; we 'prep' the Lord right out of the picture when HE desires for us to think out of the box.

The first diagram shows how the platform are complimenting and is an extension of our Churches. Jesus took only 3 years to train his disciples for service. We believe today it should be more or less the same and after a period of about 3 - 6 years in any Church the pastor should release a "Mature" Christian" into a "market place" ministry for "Kingdom" service.
That is now the phase when we try to connect such a Christian further to like-minded mature Christians to enable that Christian to be more effective in God's Kingdom, with best practices, tools, toolkits and case studies. Remember we are not a Church and do not plan to be one. (We do not ask tithes from our user community.)
