Why Africa Cares for Life?
Africa Cares for Life (ACfL) is the African networking body for life affirming pregnancy centres. Our core focus is on sexual integrity, crisis intervention and curative services. We are a registered charity committed to equipping and developing pregnancy resource centres.
ACfL is a South African based organisation, established in 2001 as the fulfilment of our vision “to impact the purposes and destiny of pregnant women and their children” across South Africa and Africa.
We undergird 70 affiliated centres and are presently assisting with the growth and development of another 5 centres. These centres offer practical support which includes person centred non-directive counselling, including post traumatic counselling, emergency accommodations, materials, emotional and spiritual support by helping women and significant others through difficult decisions.
Approved affiliation with Africa Cares for Life enables organisations to receive ongoing training, support and guidance.
We need your help to expand our vision and to enable us to reach more families in need.
