Event Trainings

Building Healthy Leaders Course: Learn an approach to intentional leadership development that is unique because it is not a program. It requires diligent, prayerful application in the unique context in which the leaders will serve. Most important, it links leader development to the way Christ trained his disciples/leaders. This approach has been very successful in developing leaders within the underground church.
The nature of this course does not present new, innovative ideas but rather returns to the simplicity of New Testament patterns. It presents a clear model of the principles of leader development that are applicable in the life of every kind of leader. This model can also be used for pervasive people building in every ministry, family, business and relationship.
Housing Ministry Training: Learn how to develop and teach life skills to the residents of your mother home or orphanage. Gain insights to how behaviors are learned and therefore how new behaviors can be taught. Understand that the way you respond to the behaviors of your residents either encourages or discourages their behavior. Learn to prepare young women to be good mothers by equipping them with the life skills they need.
Help your staff understand their roles and responsibilities, and provide foundational training for them to fulfill their call in the housing ministry. Evaluate what programs and classes are in place in your home to prepare the residents for a purposeful life.
